Nutritional Help for Crohn's Disease
Crohn’s disease is a chronic inflammatory condition that normally affects the end section of the small intestine and the beginning part of the colon. The most common symptoms of Crohn’s disease are malabsorption, chronic diarrhoea, bloody stools, abdominal pain, fever, weight loss, fullness in the abdomen, loss of appetite and anal fissures. Another study showed that eating fast food can triple the chances of suffering from Crohn’s disease. Lifestyle changes can help those who suffer from Crohn’s disease. Studies have shown that those who suffer from Crohn’s disease are more likely to be smokers quitting smoking would be beneficial to the Crohn’s sufferer.
